Our experience at Sierra Chiropractic began about five (or six) years ago when my husband had some serious, ongoing back pain. An MRI confirmed a herniated disc and a fragmented disc. Surgery was an option, but not one we were satisfied with, as it would probably lead to the need for another surgery later. Some friends recommended that he see Drs. Steve and Jen. He finally did and within a month was experiencing much less pain. Sierra Chiropractic’s fee system was (and continues to be) an asset. In the first months of care, my husband was able to see the doctors a few times a week, and we didn’t have to worry about high fees each visit or maxing out our visits on our insurance.
About six months after my husband started receiving care, we decided that chiropractic would be beneficial to our entire family, mainly for wellness. We started visiting for weekly adjustments. Over the years, we have noticed that we all have significantly fewer illnesses. When one of us gets sick (which is very rare), we recover quickly. We truly believe that weekly chiropractic adjustments, along with healthy eating habits, exercise, water intake, and sufficient rest has improved our health and well-being.
